With EXPLOR, you never have to worry about traffic or finding parking. With our strategically located stations, you can reach your destination at a fraction of the cost of a taxi or any other means of transportation. HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1 - Find the nearest EXPLOR scooter: locate the closest EXPLOR scooter on the App map or scan the QR code.
Step 2 - Unlock the scooter on the App: To start using the scooter, scan the QR code on the handlebar and press "Start Ride".
FEE: €1 unlocking fee and €0.19 per minute, or choose a subscription plan.
Step 3 - Reserve a vehicle: EXPLOR gives you the option to reserve a vehicle for up to 10 minutes and make sure it's there for you whenever you need it.
Step 4 - Subscription: EXPLOR offers subscription plans. Any extra minutes will be charged at the regular rate of €0.19 per minute.
Step 5 - Start your ride: Remove the kickstand, place one foot on the deck, use your other foot to give a small push, and simultaneously press down on the thumb accelerator "GO" located on the right side of the handlebar.
Step 6 - Ride with caution: Drive while respecting the traffic rules, safety is everyone's priority, remember that only one person is allowed per scooter.
Step 7 - GREEN ZONE: The green zone is the authorized area for scooter circulation.
Step 8 - PURPLE ZONE: When you find yourself riding in a purple zone on the App, the scooter will automatically slow down to comply with speed limits imposed by traffic regulations.
Step 9 - RED ZONE: This is an area where scooter circulation is strictly prohibited, the scooter will stop automatically. To use it again, return to the green zone.
Step 10 - Symbols marked with the letter "P": These are the designated parking areas, if you don't park in these areas, you may be subject to fines.
Step 11 - End of the ride: Click on the "END RIDE" button and take a photo of how you parked. Payment will be made and EXPLOR thanks you for choosing our service.

TO START YOUR RIDE:
To start moving forward, place one foot on the deck and use your other foot to push off the ground twice while pressing the accelerator. Keep your left hand on the brake lever ready to press it down at any moment if you need to slow down or stop. Keep both feet on the deck while riding.
